OLD
IRON SIGHTS was created Fall 07’ in Las Vegas, Nevada.
It is the collective entity of five friends and the music
they make together. OIS began recording/mixing their first
release in early 08’. The 4-song EP was then mastered
by Chris Crisci (The Appleseed Cast) at Daybreak Studios
in Lawrence, Kansas. Summer 08’ marked the release
of this effort, titled EX POST FACTO 16:29, and the beginnings
of a matured direction for the band. An attention to “continual
progression in music and life” is the focus which
fuels OIS and those who support them; a reminder by word
& sound to “Keep it TRUE”.
